Returns & Exchanges

At VIBAe, we want your feet to feel the ultimate comfort, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn VIBAe shoes in their original box and include the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
